0x2210 GPIO pin configuration

Configurable general purpose inputs and outputs with a 4 kHz update rate.

For hardware that supports it, each port can be configured as follows:

Disabled (0)
Input without pull-down (1)
Input active high (2) - a pull-down resistor will be activated
Output (3)
